The most competitive candidates will have experience with Public Lands surveys and have knowledge of the Professional Land Surveyors' Act (PLS Act) and Subdivision Map Act (SMA) and possess a valid Land Surveyor-in-Training certification issued by the California State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
