The Department of Public Utilities seeks multiple qualified candidates to fill two Management Analyst, Associate positions. These incumbents will be responsible for assisting the Program Supervisor and the Program and Operations Manager with administrative tasks and duties. procuring goods and services, reconciling financial reports and creating work orders for projects.Duties include but are not limited to
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Considerable knowledge of general and special funds; electronic databases and related software applications; governmental accounting concepts;intermediate to advanced level mathematics and statistics as applicable to appraisal measures and assessment ratio studies; and thorough knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Demonstrated skill in analyzing and aggregating data;analyzing and interpreting manuals and operating procedures; assisting with special projects and programs; communicating with various internal and external departments effectively; maintaining records, data, and other information in department of focus; performing various administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.; preparing and submitting documents related to focus area; working in a team environment; customer service; and excellent oral and written communication. Demonstrated ability to multi-task; plan and organize; problem solve; and prioritize and manage time effectively.
