IT Support Specialist

Job Description

Zachary Piper, LLC is currently looking for an IT Support Specialist in Colorado Spring, CO to work for one of the largest Defense Health Agencies in the United States supporting a large scale government project.

Responsibilities for the IT Support Specialist include:

• Process request for wireless devices including iPhones, iPads, Cell Phones, and Air Waves
• Participate in Technical Refreshes of wireless mobile devices
• Manage all Tier 1 and Tier 2 requests while opening up trouble tickets in the system based on each request
• Track metrics of completed request on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Communicate with wireless vendors and end-users to troubleshoot problems on mobile devices
  

Qualifications for the IT Support Specialist include:

• 1-3 Years of Desktop Support, Help-Desk, or IT related support
• Experience with hands-on troubleshooting and supporting IT Devices including: mobile devices, desktops, printers, and laptops
• Installing and re-imaging devices while providing user support for devices
• Have one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CCNA-Security, Network+, Security+, Security+CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or any other IAT Level I-III Certification
• Able to pass a standard Background Check
  

Compensation for the IT Support Specialist include:

• Salary Range: $30,000-$50,000 based on experience
